Sunday night dialing for dollars! So.....CAO released the Arcana Firewalker recently, and one of the lads here forwarded me a review written by a notable industry publication where they panned the cigar big time, giving it a 71 rating. A 71 is a kick to the wedding tackle no matter how you slice it. Hell, you gotta hand it to them: it takes hard work to get that kind of subterranean rating. Now CAO has a good reputation and I'm a take-it-with-a-grain-of-salt kinda guy when it comes to ratings. But you can be sure their bowels are stewing like a forgotten fondue pot left too long over a lit can of Sterno right now. The "brand manager" guy who greenlighted this one over there no doubt looks like a confused, drunken, dyspeptic airline passenger shuffling toward the emergency exit at 35,000 feet. But I'm a contrarian and figured this was an opportunity to have some fun. Today we're dealing them out for $129 a box (I couldn't find them on sale anywhere for less than $220). Plus I've got a dog's breakfast of other other box options at steep discounts in there to boot. Be well gents and we'll catch ya manana!
